3 awesome questions!!!

1.) Does getting rejected or deferred from a dual program(huntsman, vagelos, etc.) affect your chances of getting into the single degree schools ( CAS, SEAS, etc.)?

2.) Let's say two students applied from the same school to UPenn, one to Wharton, and one to CAS. Do the students affect each other's chances, or do the applications get assessed in completely different standards?

3.) Is there any way to send supplementary materials to UPenn. I have a science fair project abstract that could really help my chances; however, I see no supplementary package or anything on the UPenn website. Is there any way I can send my abstract?

I’m not positive on the answers to questions 2 & 3, but I know that if you are rejected from one of the dual degree programs, and choose a single school for another decision, the single school has no idea that you applied for the dual degree program. According to the presenter at the Wharton Info Session, once you’re rejected from the dual degree programs, they just put your app in with everyone else’s at the single school.
