31 ACT or 1900 SAT?

Hey guys,
I'm hit with a dilemma! Some of the colleges that I apply to only need the ACT or SAT. According to ACT/SAT Conversion, my ACT is around a 2100, which is substantially better than my SAT. So I was wondering if I should just send in both or only my SAT.

Also, if I send in my SAT 2 subject scores, does it automatically send in my SAT 1 scores too?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I’m not sure how to answer your second question, but as for your first, I’d highly recommend just sending in the ACT. It’s a much higher score than your SAT.

With regards your second question, you can choose which SAT scores to send. Just edit the scores before you submit them.

If you send just subject tests, it’s considered score choice, so you can only do that at schools that allow score choice. Most schools that accept ACTs, do so without requiring SAT IIs as well (even if they require subject tests with SAT reasoning).

Thank you guys so much for the help!

For a system such as the UC, should I send only my ACT or include my SAT score of 1920 and my SAT 2 score of math 780 and physics 650?

bumppppppppp!

Send the ACT and subject tests. And a 31 is comparable to a 2060, not a 2100.

UC does not participate in score choice, so the SAT should go along for the ride. And yes, send the ACT as well since it’s ~2060.

31 ACT. The SAT equivalent of that would be 2000-2060. Better than your SAT I scores.

Send your ACTS :p

All SAT or only the highest ACT is needed according to UC’s acceptance policy.

i have the almost same exact stats as you…haha

SAT 1940
ACT 30
MathII 770
Physics 650

haha  but i sent both scores in :P
