32 ACT or 2150 SAT...which is better?

SAT:
690 CR
660 M
800 W w/ 11 essay

ACT:
34 English
30 Math
35 Reading
28 Science
10 essay

I'm applying to:

REACHES: Brown, Stanford, Wesleyan, Rice, MAYBE Bowdoin
MATCHES: Carleton, Whitman, Pitzer
SAFETIES: Earlham, Lawrence, Lewis & Clark

Are these scores good enough for Bowdoin && my other reaches? Should I submit one over the other or both? I also have a 760 SATII in Lit and a 550 in World History. My math 1 && 2 scores are coming out in a few weeks.

Your math is a bit low for your reach schools, but those admissions are seldom about test scores. For instance, Bowdoin lists test scores as “important” but not “very important”. They are looking more at your academic record, essay, and something that sets you apart from the other applicants in the 99% club. GL.

Sorry the first part of my post got cut off. You should submit both scores. Your SAT is a bit better, 99percentile vs 98 for your act.
