32 to a 33+?

Hey guys so I know there a lot of threads like these so I apologize in advance. But does anyone have experience getting from a 32 to a 33 and above? I'm a senior taking the test in September and even though I'm hellllla busy I'm willing to put in the time and effort to get my score up. My main trouble spots are math and science; my highest scores were 31 and 30 respectively for the sections. I have the Barrons math and science workbook and the 1,296 book but I just need to know how to cross that threshold to the 33+. Can anybody help? Thanks!
