3rd Child, who fears he is copying older siblings' college lists, chance

I want to apply to Notre Dame-EA, JHU (BME), UPenn(M&T), Princeton, and Villanova-EA (although I don't think I really want to go to Nova.) Also, I am a legacy at Villanova and a double legacy and JHU. Is this enough schools or do I need more reaches/safeties. I am also afraid that I am just applying to the schools that my siblings did out of conveince (except for UPenn and Princeton). Any suggestions as well as predictions would be greatly appreciated (as well as advise from any fellow youngest siblings out there).

Classes
Basically I have all A (only 3 A-s). I will have taken 6 AP, which is the most I could take. So far I have two 5s, and one 2 (which I will not report). I have taken the hardest classes I can at my school.

Anyone? Any/all predictions welcome. (I even tried to come up with a semi-funny title this time.)

You definitely need some safeties, although the schools on this list all appear to be fairly reasonable matches and reaches. I hope you realize that JHU BME is extremely difficult to get into, and while an internship at a prestigiou clinic like the Cleveland Clinic looks good, it would look even better if you had done some medical research work.

I live in the middle of nowhere, so there are no labs near me. Will colleges see this?
