4 ap courses junior year? AP US or Normal US history course?

I am going to be a junior next year. My school only allows Juniors and Seniors to take aps so next year will be my first year taking ap courses.
I have decided to take AP Lit, AP calc AB and AP bio, regular us history and French IV.
However, my teachers are telling me to take AP US history so that colleges don’t downgrade my application for a course that is commonly taken. I would love to take APUS but I feel like it would be a heavy workload. I currently get around 90-95 (A- I believe) in history but idk if I can do well in AP US. I also have to consider prepping for sat exams, the other three AP exams and whatnot (**and my commute to school takes about 2 hours so I’m under serious time constraints)
I have to make a decision between AP US and regular US course soon but I really don’t know what to do.
Can anyone tell me how much work/ reading/ hw they had for APUS. Especially if someone took AP bio AND AP US junior year, please let me know how that went for you!!
P.S- I wanted to take AP Lit, AP calc AB and AP bio, regular us history and French IV. JUNIOR YEAR.
(SENIOR YEAR) Then drop my history class and double up on my sciences to take Physics and AP Molecular Genetics.
Additionally I would have English, AP calc BC and AP french.
The other alternative for senior year would be to not double up my sciences and only take physics and add AP art history.
