Took the mischpucha to a local Fourth of July Parade (bicycles and baby strollers) through Chevy Chase Village that ended at a small park with a picnic and moon bounce.

It turns out he is USNA Class of 2007, spending part of his summer at Bethesda Naval Hospital mirroring the Navy Doctors. He said he knew KP was a great school and asked what my son was doing this summer. I told him about his trip to Iraq and then around the world. Then his eyes got as big as saucers and he said, "we never got to do anything close to that."

LOL ~ KP, If LFWBDad would have seen you, he woulda bought you another one. I'm just sorry I missed the moon bounce. No photos!?!? I'll be waiting... :)

Its awfully quiet around here. Wonder what all the kids & parents are doing today? :D

well i'm sitting in class using my palm to access the internet instead of listening about how Non-govt organizations will impact my future. Don't worry nothing that i need for treating patients haha

That was someone else blocking your way. Plyers Mill is way up in the boonies (anything north of East West Highway might as well be Oregon) this was down by Western Avenue and Connecticut all on residential streets -- I'm talking living large!

I thought about the 'candidates' all day today while I was mowing and trimming and enjoying being outside. I saw the NY weather map, saying it was raining, but would get better. THEN, the humidity will move in and we all know how lovely it is to do the what mile run in 85% humidity, no matter what time it is! For parents, I think this is the longest week of their lives, not hearing from their kids till next Sunday, if I recall right from 3 years ago. I cannot believe it's been that long. Soon RING DANCE will be the hot topic. BTW, those of you talking about CC and Plyers Mill, my hometown was Silver Spring! Small world!

Yay MountaineerMom! You found the CC forum. I was going to private message you today & give you this link. Sorry, I was sleeping on the job again. Did you see that there were about 21 kids here on this forum who went in this morning? How great is that?! Talk about a flashback, too. I could hardly go to sleep last night thinking about today. Hope everyone held up ok.

kp, knock it off with the palm & get back to work. ;) I have an ear ache & need you to learn whats the matter with me.
