4th Time SAT?

Hey guys. I took the SAT as a sophomore, mostly just to show up my friend who took them as well. I then took them once as a junior (2090- 720W 720V 650M), and in October of this year as a senior (2060- 700W 700V 660M). I'm not happy with my new scores, and I really want a 700 on my math (I got 700 SATII math!), as I feel that's the main weakness on my application. The thing is, I've heard colleges look down on taking the SATs more than like 3 times. Is this true? I have a 3.89UW and 4.19UCGPA. Should I take them a 4th time?

Don't worry about it. Unless you can increase your score by 100-150 points, don't bother stressing over it. Spend that time on your essay.

Your SATs aren't bad as it is (it's above average for Berkeley, btw). Buuut, if you take it a 4th time...I doubt it will hurt much. This is less true for privates, I think. Also, if you take it a 4th time, but get a significantly lower score, that might hurt you a little.

i heard that taking the sat more than 3 times was frowned upon.
