5 Weeks - How to Get Writing Up to 750?

Im taking SAT in december before college apps are due.
dec 2012: 1940
M: 650
CR:620
W:670 10E

Oct 2013: 2000
M: 750
CR: 650
W: 600 8E

I want to hit 2100, so I need to improve writing to 700s.
I have Erica Meltzer's Grammar book and writing was the only section I studied for and it dropped.
So what did some of you guys do to raise your writing score?

I liked Grammatix’s writing section, Sparknotes’ Seven Deadly Screw Ups, and http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/955109-silverturtles-guide-sat-admissions-success.html</a>. But, a lot of CCers recommend Barron’s 2400.

In terms of multiple choice, I advise you take every official practice test you can get your hands on. Just do some research and you can find all the QAS tests, buy a Blue Book 2nd Ed., and buy the Online Course (or find a free code if you can).

I brought my W up from a 620 to an 800 with 3 weeks of study. I just practiced my ass off and reviewed EVERY question on the test, not just the ones I got wrong.
