5 year dual degree programs?

I'm going to Chapman University this fall. I'm majoring in accounting, and know there is a 150 credit hour requirement for the CPA. Would it make sense to do one of those joint undergrad/MBA programs so I can get the education requirement out of the way so I don't have to go back to school after joining the workforce? Or would I be better off just working with my bachelor's and trying for a more prestigious business school for my MBA later?

And I hope to work in southern California, where Chapman has a good regional reputation, if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance!

Is there a joint Bachelors in Accounting, Masters in Accounting Program? That would probably do you more good if you want to be a CPA.

Go to Business Week which ranks the top MBA programs and look at the salary in, salary out for the top programs and see how it compares to what you plan to do. Assumes you will have the stats to get in one of those programs.
