<p>Haha, yeah, don’t worry too much about it. It’s actually not a big deal. I’m a little over 5’4, and only obnoxious jocks ever seem to point it out. The only thing that irks me is when short girls have high standards and only want to go out with tall guys. That’s just so freaking annoying</p>

<p>As for the girls demanding taller guys, I understand, but I don’t get the hordes of < 5’3 ones demanding like 6’0+ and nothing short of that. Oh and, it’s not as huge as it seems - I’ve never heard a girl talk specifically about height as a factor or say “you’re short haha”, except for maybe a few.</p>

<p>Yeah but there are way more girls that short than guys that short. I know an attractive short guy (5’5 or so, my school doesn’t have Asian kids no offense so that is very short) who literally couldn’t get a date to the dance until the last minute because everybody who was shorter than him and wanted to go already had a date. How ridiculous is that?</p>

<p>i am 6’1 and i love short petite girls they’re hot. my previous girlfriend was 5’3 and like 110lbs. height shouldn’t matter in a relationship though, just as long as somebody isn’t 7ft and the other is 3ft.</p>

Wow short guys really do have it tough. I guess in the end they will have to compensate with a great personality and whatnot. Although I have to admit, I do like wearing high-heels. So 5’5’’ would be kind of short…</p>

<p>for a guy yeah. even asian guys in asia are at an average of 5"8 now. it’s not uncommon to see 5"11/6" these days either.</p>
<p>personally i think girls get it easier. even if we all end up being 5"0 we can just wear 4 inch heels, and the idea of elongating your legs always makes you look taller so double win for us (: </p>

<p>I’m 5 and a half. I complain about it all the time, but I secretly think it’s rather convenient. I never have to worry about the size of my heels or whether a guy I’m interested in is taller than me or not.</p>
