6 months from now...

To all the 2010 EA applicants: I hope you realize that 6 months from now we will know whether we'll be making that trip to Cambridge next September. It struck me a few days ago and... well, I guess I'm being a bit too sentimental about it already, but it's very intimidating.

All I can say, before all the application hype begins, is that I wish you all luck and a relaxed, confident admissions season. I for one know that I'll be stressing and panicking in December, but l'll try not to take all of this so seriously... and I hope all of you will do the same.

So, GOOD LUCK!!!

Do I laugh or do I cry? I can't decide. As a society, are we proud of this?

Just a quick Q. During the application months, does this board get full of "I need help with application!" threads?

Yes. Take the approximate volume of current message board paranoia. Multiply by 100.

Yes! I remember our admissions year pretty well. Worked out well for me, I must say, and many other people.

Goodluck to you guys applying to Havard! ^___^

Good luck to everyone. I will be applying early to Harvard too. When is everyone starting the process?

i'll try to apply early (retaking the sat I and 2 sat IIs plus one new third sat II this fall...)

Good luck guys!

I'll start the process (getting applications, essays etc.) on August of 2006

Or, you can start late June 2006. Earlier, the better.

Wow, it is pretty impressive that you guys are already thinking about your admission season! Congrats! You are sooo much more ahead of the game than most of your classmates, trust me.
This time last year I was thinking of what kind of college I wanted to go to... I didn't start my early application to Harvard until about a week and a half before it was due because I couldn't make up my mind.
I am still having that "can't make up my mind" problem... I don't know what I want to major in now! Haha.
[someone help me with that one... haha. kidding.]

Or, you can start late June 2006. Earlier, the better.

Guess I could, don't see why not :)

California Cutie: Luckily you don't have to decide on your concentration (major) until the end of freshman year. No stress. Take some classes you are interested in and some cores and you'll figure it out :)

Six months from now I'll either be the happiest guy on earth or ... not :D

Well, c'est la vie, I guess!

I wish you all the best! Good luck, EAers!

SeeYa Thomas :)
