7 Year Medical Programs

This is going to sound like a very vague and broad question but I’d like to know everyone’s opinion on this topic. What do you think an ideal resume would look like when applying to 7 year medical programs?

Ex.

SAT score: 1500-1600
Rank: 1/6
And Etc.

Ideal?
High sat score
High GPA
Good Test Scores
Hospital/Shadow/Volunteer/Medical experience
strong LOR
Strong Essay and reason to attend medical school
Research experience (some programs)
Good interview
And show a level of maturity.
