Hey guys, I really want to learn chemistry in the future, but my SAT chem score is so low, and I'm afraid it will hurt me. My 2nd major choice is econ+business, and i am pretty good at it too in school.
schools i want to apply to: mcgill, NYU, Northwestern, USC, UC (LA,B,I,D,SD,SB), UMich, RPI

Please help me out, thank you!

I say if majoring in chemistry is what you want to do, go for it. That chem score is higher than what most people get (a lot higher than I would get) so don’t let it deter you from doing what you’re passionate about.
I just recently got accepted into NYU so I hope to see you there.

Choose the major you actually want to major in. Your chem score is not low, it is a perfectly respectable score. Dont let one test score derail your major plans

lol this. brb i didn’t do perfectly on one test, better change my entire life’s plans
