<p>It gets harder and harder to get up at 8 as the semester progresses, so i wouldnt recommend it, even if you got up at 5 everyday for high school. For some reason in college you cant get up that early very often.</p>

<p>not even so. people just usually stay up later on average at college and it makes the 8am even harder.</p>

<p>It's doable, but I wouldn't recommend it. Plus, you may get into a slippery slope when you start skipping classes, and since the 8AM class is going to be the one you skip first, your grade may suffer as a result.</p>

<p>Ug. I have a Chemistry 1A lab at 8 AM on Friday. I would've done otherwise but it was the only open lab.</p>

sorta worried since I heard from somewhere that if you skip one lab then it's automatic fail or something???</p>

<p>I've taken 8 am classes throughout my college career. I just get whacked on coffee enough to get me through a few hours, and then I go home and sleep. I think I'm at my best during this time.</p>
