<p>Am I reading something wrong or is that really a 95% acceptance rate? Is it really THAT easy to get in EA??</p>

<p>i was admitted EA, and they said they were expecting around 20,000 applications total for 3900 spaces... they wouldn't admit 9000 early applicants if they only had 3900 spaces. sorry.</p>
<p>the EA acceptance rate is about 40-45%...</p>

<p>Collegeboard....good grief. There are only about 16,000 - 17,000 undergrads in the student body at UNC...be pretty ridiculous if more than half were EA freshmen.</p>
