A.A transfer stuents

<p>I applied for transfer to USF for Fall 2013 one month ago, I just have 27 transferable credits now, I know it is too less to be a upper level student, After Spring term I will have 45 transferable credits, and I will get 60 credits with the A.A. degree after Summer term.<br>
However, I won't get my AA until at the end of July or at the begin of August, I m worry about that is it too late for Fall 2013 , if the decision is made after I receive my A.A.? </p>

<p>one more thing is if I have A.A. but just have 54 tansferable credits(some of them are not transsferable but count for AA), am i a upper level transfer student?</p>

<p>You are not an upper level transfer student. In order to be an upper level transfer student you need a total of 60 or more transferable credits. </p>
