Do all schools graduate together (e.g. Wharton & SEAS)?

Does graduation take place in Penn Stadium?

Do all schools graduate together (e.g. Wharton & SEAS)?

Does graduation take place in Penn Stadium?

Yas and no. Each school has their own commencement, and then there is a combined one at FF.

Penn Stadium = FF (Franklin Field)

what about graduation, though?

And what about dual degree students at graduation?

Ummm. Commencement = graduation.

Dual degree students can attend both graduations. Attending graduation is not required. But it is cool. At the individual school graduations you get your name called (cheer) and get your photo taken (to pay many dollars for later). At the big graduation you listen to random famous person speak in the hot sun. But the procession down Locust Walk to Franklin Field is great too. And you sit according to school.

i thought that like commencement was at the beginning of freshman year, or something. Etymologically (sp?) or whatever, to commence is to begin, yes? Anyway, forgive my ignorance

commencement= beginning of your "real" life

i reckon..

No that's convocation :)

i don't reckon.
