A couple of schools

Hey all, my name's Devin. I'm a rising senior in high school (male) and am really worrying about college (much as any other kid) but I'd like to hear some feedback.

Schools I'm applying to:
Boston College
Boston University
Cornell University
Duke University
Harvard University
Oxford University
King's College London

Of these, my absolute top would be to get into Oxford. Their major is exactly what I want (PPL- Philosophy, Psychology, and Linguistics) and it is the only school of these which offers such a program. The other schools I would be applying for just Philosophy. Of course though, I'm worried about where I stand.

ACT: 32
AP US History: 5

You may now be starting to see why the hell I'm so freaked out. I have literally one AP taken and I'm entering senior year.

In the fall I will be taking the following:
SAT II German
SAT II Italian
SAT II Literature
Oxford TSA Exam, Oxford MLAT Exam (Critical thinking exam, linguistics exam)

In May I am planning on taking:
AP Macro
AP Environmental
AP Psychology

Extra Curriculars:
Army JROTC, 2nd Lieutenant, in command of about 80 cadets
Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership J-Staff at yearly seminars, regular community service at animal shelter etc.
NSLI-Y Russian Summer 2014, State sponsored exchange scholarship, recently completed
President of Foreign Language National Honor Society at school/Vice President of Foreign Language Club
Safe School Ambassadors Member
Science Honor Society Member
NHS Member
4.5 Years of martial arts
Self-study languages (advanced levels in Italian, German, and Russian), my biggest hobby/passion
Many various academic awards and military awards from school

Considering I do quite well on these upcoming tests, what would you all say my chances are for the listed colleges? I'm a very good interviewer (at least I think :P) and good at putting my passion into words on essays. My teacher recommendations I know will also be good. I suppose it's just grades I'm worried about.

My second choice down from Oxford would probably be Cornell. Will colleges also be willing to take scores of the AP's that I will take in may? Thank you very much and if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Boston College-match
Boston University-low match
Cornell University-low reach
Duke University-reach
Harvard University-reach
Oxford University-high reach
King’s College London-?

For Oxford:

You have no math at all- could you do a math SAT II? It is recommended for both psych & linguistics.

Your self-study of languages shows a beyond - school interest in linguistics, but you will also need to make a case for why PPL as a course.

TSA & TLAT will be critical for getting an interview, so be sure to practice.

Being good at interviews is largely irrelevant to an Oxford interview. Think of it as more of a viva voce, or a practicum: the function is to see how you think, how you learn, how you would do in a tutorial format, your aptitude for the subject, etc.

Finally, Oxford & Cornell are startlingly different experiences- it is hard to imagine that somebody who would love on would be as happy at the other- you might want to do some more homework on each.
