a couple questions

im new to this forum and randomly found it. i just got a couple questions
to start. im a sophmore at a public school (if tha helps)
i was wondering if 4 years of varsity wrestling and maybe state qualifier/placment/ or title will help alot in getting into a collage
also which clubs look rly good so i know which to sighn up for, and finaly would beeng of russian decent help me any (both parents russian, born in russia, know the language) in getting financial aid or just look nice?

thnx for the help in advance

1) Being Russian isn't going to help you get financial aid.
2) I think that varsity wrestling will definitely help you.

Being good at something helps. It helps immeasurably if you get recruited to the wrestling team.

Edit: wrestling team at a college

don't worry about which clubs will "look really good." just do what you enjoy and stay dedicated. you'll probably be accomplished at what you really like, too.

thnx for the help, but surley there are sertain clubs which look better and ones that i shouldnt waste my time on? like do art/drama clubs look as good as deca or honors society? (e.g.)

Wrestling is a plus, Russian is a plus.. but your spelling needs some work. Colleges aren't looking for specific clubs or activities on your application, they're looking for a means for you to explore a passion (you don't really need to worry about that if wrestling is a passion.. four years takes a lot of dedication).
