A few Chemistry SAT II Questions

1) Do I have to know how to calculate buffers?

2) How important is hybridization? I have surface knowledge, should I study in-depth?

3) How much do you suggest I study for laboratory set-up/qualitative tests/laboratory equipment?

Good to know it, but since buffer takes time, its good enough to just know acid base neutralization.

No; surface knowledge is fine; there is one or two questions are most asking you about the hybridization of a molecule.

If you have the Barron's book; you are good to go if you know all their ridiculous lab setups. Know the color tests, they show up a lot. Know some general colors of compounds. Know some general processes of making common compounds such as distilled water and nh3.
