A few questions about the Morrill scholars program

<p>1) Do you have to be a minoirty? Because I am an immigrant but I am white-caucasian… so do I qualify?
2) Is it really hard to get one of the two scholarships? because on the website it says it is equivalent to a full tuition…and the criteria is…

<p>Criteria
MSP scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis to students admitted to the Columbus campus for the autumn quarter following high school graduation. Applicants must complete a separate MSP application and meet two of the three following criteria:</p>

<li>top 20 percent of graduating class</li>
<li>3.2 or higher high school GPA (on a 4.0 scale)</li>
<li>ACT composite score of 23 or higher or combined SAT Critical Reading and Math score of 1070 or higher</li>
</ol>

<p>which I definitly seem to qualify for.</p>

<p>3) Can you apply any year for it or is it only available for incoming freshman?</p>

<p>I am asking this because I want to know if it was dumb of me not to apply for this</p>
