Getting a full ride OOS at Ohio State (Morrill Scholars, Maximus, Buckeye, etc)

Lately I've fallen in love with Ohio State University and it is among my top 5 schools (UGA, Alabama, UNC, and Vandy). Could you all look at my stats and let me know what you think my odds are for the scholarships at Ohio State, ESPECIALLY the Morrill Scholars Program and the distinction scholarship which is a full ride! (:

SAT: 2150 (1420 M+CR)
GPA: 4.49 W, 3.97 UW
AP Classes: 8
Class Rank: 8/440 (top 2%)
State: Georgia (Atlanta suburbs, 20 minutes outside Atlanta)
Other: I'm an African-American Female

Extracurricular:
-Varsity Basketball 4 years, head captain since sophomore year (I'm a nationally ranked player but I do not want to play in college. I'm focusing on school and D1 basketball is a HUGE time commitment), County scholar athlete of the year
-Key Club President senior year, board member junior year
-National Honor Society
-Won 2 Oratory contests about women's rights and african american's rights
-Guidance advisory board

What could I do to improve my chances? Thanks for any help!

you have good chance to get the scholarships. Get your SAT M+CR into 1500 would improve your chance.

Are you a National Achievement Semi-finalist?

Do you know how many of each scholarship are awarded?

I don’t know if I’m made national achievement although my guidance counselor did say she got a “likely letter” (or something like that) at the end of last school year.

I think about 400 out of 2000 applicants get it
