A few SAT related questions from a prospective int'l

I read on my country's SAT representative's site that no colleges accept SAT score reports from the student, but only from the test center. It's quite a problem for me - I'm gonna apply through Comm. App. only in December, because I want my midyear grades taken into consideration. Now, I have registered to take the SAT in November - see where I'm going? - and since my SAT score is gonna be calculated before I send off my application, it basically means that I have to send my SAT as a stand-alone, without any additional stuff. I desperately need some help on this one. (I'm quite new to this and I'm sorry for the probably easy questions, just started considering US as a possibility a few days ago, which is why I have very little experience in this, had my mind on UK for a long time.)

Also, how long does it take for an international to receive their scores?

Thanks.

When you register for the SAT you can choose to have the College Board automatically send scores to four colleges for free. These will be sent a few weeks after you take the exam. In addition you can have the College Board send scores at a later date. So if you really want to send them in December then you can choose to do so.

I don’t know the answer to your second question.

When i took the PSAT last year (october) , i got my results in early january lol. Thats pretty late…i think the people in the states get em after a couple of weeks.
