<p>With SPOP 3 coming up tomorrow, what should be necessary to bring? I remember there being a list somewhere with the essentials, but I can't seem to find it anymore, can someone please link me?</p>
<p>Also, would a laptop be necessary to bring?</p>
<p>Any other advice to know about tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.</p>
<p>Pillow, blanket (if you didn’t buy one), maybe a bag for the stuff you bring, condoms, cell phone, a pen, and yeah, that’s pretty much it. =D</p>
<p>Okay, well I got most of that stuff already ready…but condoms!? lol</p>
<p>No laptop! That’s just another thing to lug around. You won’t (or shouldn’t) have time to use your laptop if you’re doing SPOP right, and when you register for classes that’s at a computer lab :)</p>
<p>At SPOP 2, they provided a blanket and a pillow so you might not have to bring those. Although the night time activities for my hall took the whole night so many of us didn’t sleep so we didn’t have to bring any of those things 
and I agree don’t bring a laptop. You never know what could happen to it</p>
<p>Oh really, alright I was going to bring my laptop to browse the internet when I had down time, but I guess not.</p>
<p>And I ordered the linens, does that come with a towel?</p>
<p>As of now, I’ve packed a change of clothes, notebook, pen/cil, and I will pack toiletries tomorrow along with my phone.</p>
<p>Anything else important that I’m forgetting?</p>

<p>Also for our SPOP we got a notepad and pens as well! So it is your choice if you feel like bringing them or not.</p>

<p>What students should bring to SPOP:</p>
<p>Two-day FRESHMAN Experience:</p>
<p>__ Alarm
__ Casual, comfortable clothes
__ Comfortable walking shoes
__ Sweater or jacket for cool evenings
__ Copies of available transcripts and test scores
__ Know your StudentID, UCInetID, and password
__ Money for incidentals
__ Open mind and a nice, warm smile 
__ Pen or pencil and notebook (Lots of info, so take copius notes!)</p>
<p>and bedding stuff, if you haven’t purchased linens through spop.</p>
<p>If you have opted to ‘go green’ and bring your own bedding (or sleeping bag) and towel, don’t forget to bring a pillow. </p>
<p>If you have asked us to provide linens for you, you will be able to pick up your blanket, sheets, pillowcase, and towel after you get your room assignment and key.</p>
