since i have been warned to not hijack other threads (LOL! :)), here’s a new one:

have you guys ever played a game where one person says a sentence and the next person adds a sentence so that you develop a never-ending story? should we do that to help us procrastinate?

I’ll start…
On a breezy July afternoon, I sat inside and stared at the man as he shuffled papers on the desk trying to find the all-important letter.

(next person: add only one sentence, and keep going…you can post more than once, but you just can’t have 2 consecutive sentences)

However, his slightly overweight appearance did not distract from his handsome, subtle looks; and his garlicy breath was a one-off affair, due to having had a meal at a somewhat obscure restaurant - usually, his breath smelled of fine mints.

His corpulence was the direct result of continual overindulgence in high-calorie teas (especially those he should have waited to enjoy until he had finished with me), but no matter; all I cared about was getting back out into the fresh summer air, away from the stench of the garlic rosary that he insisted on wearing despite my protestations that I was not, in fact, a vampire, for I was much more interested in obtaining his letter of resignation than in ever coming close enough to his reeking body to suck his blood.

I initially leaped back in shock, but, as I came to, I realized that the gun had no bullets, only air; I walked out of the room and down the hall to begin my all important mission.
