A Levels for Ivy League

I’m an international student who has taken Cambridge O Levels(equivalent to GCSEs) and A/AS Levels.
In the O Levels I got 8 A(max grade) and 1A.
In A Levels I got A
in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
In 2 AS Levels I got (a) - the max grade.

However, my school conducts exams each end of term and my school being on of the top 3 in the country, the exams are quite tough. So along with all the As and A* in the term grades, there are a few B and Cs here and there in the last four years.

I would like to know if that could hamper my chances for top schools in the US. My class ranks are in the top 5 for each term and year. I know admissions are holistic. But I was just wondering how the Admissions Officers would interpret my results, just my results.

Admissions offices have experts that understand the sytem in different countries. Most likely your application would be read by someone familiar with your system, your country and maybe even your school.
