hello :) i live in bangladesh, sitting for my o level next year. I had planned to continue to A levels and then apply for an undergraduate degree in the us, but I heard about the ib diploma and then I researched a bit. Although it's rigorous and demanding, I've heard it prepares you better for university and that ibers have a better chance of getting good jobs. I actually like the broader curriculum and there aren't exactly any opportunities here for the different subjects like psychology and other languages in A levels. As in there aren't any teachers for schools to offer those kind of subjects. Still, it's true I can just take the subjects I need for the A levels like maths and physics, (I want to study astrophysics and cosmology, so a major in physics), but I don't have much extracurriculars :( I thought doing ib abroad might change that as I'll take more diverse subjects and maybe get more opportunities for ecas. Also, I thought it would be easier for me to adjust to staying in the us and prepare for college if I spend 2 years doing ib abroad.
Do you think it's better if I just do my A levels here and then apply for college? Is it better to do A levels if Im intend to study physics?

I would be grateful for any answer or suggestions! :)
