I know this is a little off topic but frankly when dealing with calculators i think the people at college confidential are probably the only ones who are going to know what i'm talking about.

My problem is that whenever i put in a fraction say 7/8 it doesn't convert it to decimal form but leaves it as a fraction is there anyway i can change this?

No I don't think so. What I do is I just multiply by 1. Or just put a decimal next to any digit in the equation

Yes, I'm assuming you're using the Titanium. It should work for either, actually. Go to Mode. On the second screen (F2, it may be on the first or third for yours), it has an option for the answers: Exact/Approximate/Auto/whatever. Just change it.

Alternatively, there are two "function" keys. One of them is blue on the Tit, the other is green. It may be different on the normal. Pick the one that isn't the "2nd" one (it may have a diamond on it, that is the correct one). Press it, and then press enter. It should give an approximate (you can see the wavy equals sign right above "enter.")

Just put a decimal after the number when u type it.

For example,

7/8.

and it should come out as .875

alright thanks for the help guys
