a little quick advice, please

i'm a junior, & i have two SAT II's already, two 800's in math and bio.

i'm registered to take three tomorrow, one of which i'm considering dropping.

physics (i have an A in school's physics, 800 on that science SATII... but i'm not very confident in physics and have not studied at all)

lit (i have an A- in school's englih, 730 on CR on the actual SAT)

history (i have an A in school's history, and will probably get 770-800 the real test... REA: crash course, i love you)

would it be wise to take all three or drop physics or english (i'm doing history for sure)?
why i should drop physics i already i have a perfect science SATII and I have A's in physics at school--should i bother taking it if I'm probably going to get a low 700?
why i should drop lit because i got a 730 on CR and will probably get low 700's on lit at best... which i'm guessing is only average among the top tier colleges?
why i should take all three because i paid for all three.

lastly, if i do drop one, do i have to officially drop out of it through some process? or can i just not take a third one?

Only take history… and nothing official from what I’ve heard, but you probably won’t get a refund
