A lot of options

Hi, normal senior in high school, looking to become an engineering student. I’m really having trouble weighing several different schools. I was originally planning on having the option of attending UVA, since it’s cheap/prestige/loved it, however I was freakishly waitlisted so I’m gonna act like I don’t have the option. Just trust me when I say I was qualified to attend. The main problem is that money is sort of an issue.
I’ve been accepted to Virginia Tech engineering, University of Delaware Chemical Engineering, and University of Washington Engineering. Tech is 6k/yr cheaper than UD, and UW is 10k more expensive than Washington, after scholarship. I guess that I’m just looking for feedback on the engineering programs of all three schools, and how much that matters?? Feedback on the schools in general? I know a bunch of people “don’t fit in” on the west coast, and transfer out".
I would pick tech but I never really thought I would fit in there socially.

I am also waiting to hear back from Northwestern and Cornell, which I may get into, but these may be my only options, financially speaking.

TL;DR - I have a lot of options. Open discussion on engineering programs of Virginia Tech, UDelaware, UWash, and the school in general.
