<p>It definitely shows interest, but I'm not sure if there's a difference in percentage accepted. The main difference is that you have PRIORITY CONSIDERATION FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, according to the website.</p>

<p>no, it won't make you look bad, it will just make you look interested. All colleges are thrilled to have students who don't need aid or scholarships, because they are businesses on some level and care quite a bit about money. if you're done, submit it, if not, don't. Since the major difference is scholarships, you are equally good either way.</p>
