A passion for . . . history.

How does one show a strong passion for history in highschool, especially for Yale?

Doing well in history classes and getting academic awards in it, getting good recs from history teachers, writing about history in essays, getting 5s on history APs

Any EC's? I'm starting up a history club, but beyond that, I can't think of anything. Helping a history professor at a college, maybe? I live very close to Vassar.

No need to go overboard...History is an academic interest after all. Do what you like. You can always write a history paper and submit it to the Concord review

Check out National History Day
