A question for waitlisted applicants

Hello there!
The first time I was using the "Online Reply" link on the Penn Admission website to confirm that I want to remain on the waitlist, I saw fields where I could write the names of colleges, in which I have been accepted. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards I was experiencing some internet technical problems and I had to put off filling this form.

Yesterday when I came back to the Online Reply link, I noticed that it only had one field to fill in. The system just asked me whether I'd like to remain on the waitlist. The fields asking me about the colleges, where my application had been successful were gone.
My question is: Is filling this just one field indicating that I wish to remain on the waitlist sufficient? Did any other waitlisted applicant had to fill anything else?

How about those that indicated that they did not want to remain on the waitlist? Did they see any other fields to fill in (it is possible that I've had a browser problem the first time)?

Thank you very much for your replies in advance!

When I replied to the form a few days after the 31st, I replied that I would accept my position on the wait list and filled out my other college information. When I revisited the online reply site yesterday to check that I’d done everything right, I only saw the “I accept / I do not accept” field. I don’t think the college info part is essential, though, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

One question, though – did you receive a confirmation e-mail or anything after you replied to the form saying you wanted to remain on the waitlist?

Thank you very much for the information. I didn’t receive any confirmation but I think that an e-mail with the same question to the Admission Office would be a reasonable solution. Moreover, the system ‘‘congratulates’’ you for the ‘‘success’’ of having agreed to remain waitlisted so I think that this is a sort of confirmation. Strangely enough, every time I log in, I see the same I accept/I do not accept field without any change although I have previously saved my answer and seen the ''Success:" note. So it’s not like sending your commonapp which is final and irreversible. And I can’t be sure what they have/don’t have received.
