A quick question about paralle structure

I know that sentences should be parallel in structure. But I do not get the differences between the two following sentences:

In science, in art, in government, and in finance, creativity dominated the Renaissance.

In science, art, government, and finance, creativity doominated the Renaissance.

Is there any difference in these two sentences?

anyone please answer.

The first is parallel because of the repeated use of "in". The other is just a list.

The anaphora of the "in"s allows for parallel structure, while at the same time emphasizing the magnitude of creativity's importance.

But the second sentence is also parallel because it uses only nouns within the list. In other words, we would not be able to write: In art, literature, and riding a motorcycle because the last part is a gerund and not just a single noun.
