a REAL DILEMMA !!

i dont remember my final average for freshman year,
but i took:
business law (elective)
spanish 2
earth science
english,
global 1,
gym/earth science (labs)
geometry

sophmore year i was in an American international school in nigeria. i had a 3.3 gpa for the first semester . took:
french 1 (this was the only language course they had)
algebra 2/ trig
religion
english 2
gym
global 2
biology
chorus
honors/AP classes were given ONLY for junior/senior students. if i had been in america i wouldve been in AP english and AP global.
this is where the problems started. my parents moved me to a local school . and by local i mean an all girls convent school.. the curriculum is a LOT different. we had to take biology, chem and physics all at once ( but they do it for 3 years ) . i had taken
biology ( and therefore finished the course)
chem ( half year)
physics (half year)
govt (half)
algebra 2/trig ( therefore finishing the course)
algebra1 (again)
home ec
english (finished course)
religion (finished course)
their grading system is ANCIENT ! they did it by hand, and since i came in the second semester, i had no idea what they were doing. and average? either 56 or 66 i dont remember. no one ever gets above an 80 apparently and their passing grade is 50.
And in this school there were no such thing as honors classes

im trying to make up for my grades by doing eveything i can this year and senior year. So i have no idea how this will look in my application. so how do i explain this to the admissions people?

umm classes im taking this year:
Us history
spanish 3 honors
english
College Pre Calc
religion
physics
health/gym

HELP ?!?!
Sidenote: ive been in 4 different highschools in 3 years. i hope this wont affect anything?
