A replacement for unattainable midyear and school reports? - international student

Hi everyone. So here is the deal: I finished high-school 2 and a half years ago , and I am currently in the military. I decided to try and attend an US University , but I might have some difficulty with the forms mentioned. I cannot get the midyear report because I got it already , almost 3 years ago. This form is not usually kept so I threw it a long time ago , obviously I cannot get a new one because I'm not a student anymore. I also cannot ask my former principal ( we do not have a college guidance council ) to fill out the school report form because I'm not listed as a student. The only thing I can do is to ask the teachers for recommendation letters. Is it possible that my graduation report , including level of study and final ministry of education approved grades , count as a replacement to the forms I mentioned?

I posted this on the college admissions forum also , Not sure where is the right place.

Yes, your graduation report and final report of grades will meet that requirement.

Thank you very much , I’m much more at ease now :)
