A Small Grammar Question

<p>So I am another one of those who procrastinate and wait until the last minute to do the practice tests for this. ;) In the Blue College Board book, I came across this question on pg. 603, #25:</p>

<p>The exchange between the teacher and the student promotes<a href="A">/u</a> learning far different<a href="B">/u</a> from that which results as<a href="C">/u</a> the student listens but does not participate. No error<a href="E">/u</a></p>

<p>I got the answer right (which is C because "results as" is just plain wrong. However, I cannot figure out what the corrected sentence would be. Thanks for any response.</p>

<p>Usually you say "results from"</p>
