a sophomore with needed advice

hi im a sophomore at a small christian private school in MA
and i have a couple questions..
my stats r:
korean

GPA: 3.95 UW/ 4.95 W
currently taking the most rigorous courses possible at my school
and i will have completed 6 ap courses by senior graduation
(our school is small and doesn't offer as much other larger private schools)

SAT/PSAT: on the psat's i didn't study for it at all cuz it was during exam period and i got a 195.. and march vacation i'll b taking sat prep so im hoping for 220ish.. on the SATs i havn't formally taken them yet but on math i get close to 800's and the writing section 710 and for the other section not too good.. around 650ish so im hoping to bump that up thru sat prep--my goal is to get around 2200

SAT II: i havn't taken them yet but i heard 3 is a good number so i'll prly take the subject tests on the subjects im the strongest at

ECs: this is the part i feel exceptionally weak at and prly need the most advice

at school: new england math league, concert band, varsity soccer, a community voluntary club (helping our world--we go on community service trips periodically), Biology T.A.

i also have played the piano for 8-9 years but i hate it idk why i keep doing it.. im definitely not a passionate music person

i do tennis outside of school but im not good enough to compete in tournaments..

i've gotten in 2nd place in the AMC 10 last year as a freshman at school

at church: i help out with vacation bible school, going on a missions trip this summer etc

also im trilingual--spanish english korean..

this summer: im in the process of landing an internship at harvard research labs cuz someone i kno works there (bio field.. i also love bio), missions trip, possibly to germany (a 70-30 chance)

i always thought i was a math/science person but i started developing a love for languages and im starting to learn japanese and i possibly mite go over to germany this summer to start learning german and am planning to take latin..

im trying to somehow connect my love for serving others with my language talents and that will prly b my theme for the rest of highschool

anyways so im really not sure what i might major in so i've been considering liberal arts colleges.. but then i want to get into a prestigious college as well b/c im the first child and.. i live in an asian family so my parents' expectations are really high even tho they seldom show it

i've been looking at amherst, williams, middlebury for liberal arts colleges and emory, uva, nyu, yale, brown, north western etc for my top choices
im kind of worried i mite b setting my goals too high but ithink if im deficient in some areas i can pull it up since im only a sophomore

edit any other colleges i shud look into? sorry for the long post

thank you for the advice

for overall best fit, you might want to look at:
Grove City

other colleges to consider for languages in the east:
Bucknell
Georgetown
Johns Hopkins
Cornell
Bard
Boston C
Skidmore
U Rochester
Dickinson
Allegheny
Penn
Columbia
Colby
Bowdoin
Wake Forest
Washington and Lee
Duke
Vanderbilt

If you are willing to consider midwest then:
Macalester
U Michigan
Carleton
U Chicago
Grinnell
Kalamazoo
Gustavus Adolphus
Lawrence
U Wisconsin Madison

are these reach schools or match orsafety?

reach/match/safety can be better determined after you take the SATs
