A well-paying job.

<p>I could get a paid internship, but the commute is hell.
I could get a paying summer camp thing, but the commute is almost hell.</p>

<p>In general, what is a good, decent-paying job for a high school student? And will I completely regret it if I don't do an internship during the summer (I've been doing one during the school year...) before college?</p>

<p>It would be nice but you probably won't regret it. It doesn't matter too much what you do before college. </p>

<p>I worked as a waiter in an upscale restruant in the summer before college. It was next to the ocean and good weather->happy rich tourists->large tips.</p>
