Hey,
I have been applying to universities, and I realized that some universities require Certificate of Finance before the acceptance/rejection, and some don’t.
And I usually get to know that I need to turn that in after submitting the application, or some time later…
So I worry about other colleges that do not mention about the certificate of finance.
I feel like they require it but I just missed it and couldn’t see it.
Does anyone know the list of colleges that require that doc before the decision made?

Do ALL the universities in US require certification of finance if I’m an international student?
Is it not ok to submit it after the deadline? Will I get rejected for not meeting the requirements?
