I am a bit confused. Should I print out the certification of finance form for international students, fill it out by hand and scan it or fill it in online? Cause its just a pdf document and some universities ask it not to be handwritten
Each part of the form has to be signed /sealed by the person certifying the funding (banks, sponsors, your government) in addition to adding the supporting documentation to prove that the $$ exists
The request to not fill it by hand is for legibility. They want to be able to read the figures.
If the PDF is the kind that you can complete on the computer, do that, then print it out for the signatures.
