About the SAT score section....

Hi, CC!

Obviously, the application has changed from last year, and now we only report our best scores for each section, even if they are from different testing dates.

Right above where you put your individual scores, it asks for "up to three testing dates" for your SAT. Well, I took my SAT twice, but all my sections improved on the second one, and the scores that I put are all from the second testing date.

Obviously, for schools that allow you to do score choice, I don't have to worry and only put the second testing date. But I'm also applying to schools that ask for all my testing scores. So, for that college at least, am I obliged to put in both dates for that section, even if the scores listed below are from only one of those two dates?

Wow, even as I read again, the wording is confusing. But, if you have seen or are in the process of doing the new common app, you'll know what I'm talking about

thank you in advance

If a school requests that you include all testing dates on your application, I would recommend including all testing dates on that application.

The thing is, the application changed from last year, and you only put your highest scores for each section anyway. I’m gonna be sending the scores from both my testing dates, but I was wondering if it was necessary to create another version just for that. I mean, what about people who took it more than 3 times? they’re still only gonna put 3

If I’m not going to be sending in my SAT subject tests, should I fill it out anyways? I don’t really get why they ask for that when colleges get teh score reports anwyas.
