ok i know this has been asked a million times but i still do encounter problems
1. WHAT IS THE SCHOOL EMAIL? is it the express email or the net id? (is the "yourname@uiuc.edu" your school email?)
2. where exactly do i get my password? is it the placement test password? if not, when will i eventually get it?
3. can n'one here please use some time to kind of make a flowchart of how you set up ur email THANK YOU MUCHO!

The school email should be [your netid]@uiuc.edu. The CITES express email should be the same as the school email; i.e. you log in with your netid and your password.

You can set your CITES express email password at https://www-apps.cites.uiuc.edu/password/. It is under Other CITES Passwords; log in with your NetID and password in order to access it.

a) Go to https://www-apps.cites.uiuc.edu/password/.
b) Login by entering your NetID and password.
c) You will see a check box next to something that says CITES Express Email or something like that. Check the box.
d) Enter the password you want in the Password and Verify Password fields at the bottom fo the page. Note that the password cannot be the same as your NetID password, and it must be 8 characters long.
e) You now have your express email login and password. Go to https://login.express.cites.uiuc.edu/ to access your email.

okay that didn't make any sense to me, 2. You can set your CITES express email password at https://www-apps.cites.uiuc.edu/password/. It is under Other CITES Passwords; log in with your NetID and password in order to access it.
