Abt major for international students &chance me~

Hi everyone
I am a Chinese student. I just graduated from a high school in Australia.
I was just wondering if there is any major that is really hard for international students to get in? I know that Asians like to choose majors such as accountings and economics, but I would really like to do pre-law and international relations. If I apply to these majors, would it be difficult for me to get in?

Btw, could somebody chance me for brown RD pls?

I did IB at an Australia private school, and my predicted score is
7 for Chinese, ESL (HL), CHEM (HL), Physics and Geography
6 for Math(HL)
totally 43/45

SAT 1 2010
SAT 2 CHEM 780
Math2 790

Lots of activities that cover the area of legal study and business
Lots of services
and some acadamic honors in Math
Grade 8 for cello

Brown doesn’t accept students into majors (which it calls concentrations). There is a slightly different process for students interested in engineering and the physical sciences, but even then, students can change concentrations the day school begins. Several years ago, the acceptance rate for students expressing interest in the physical sciences was higher than for other disciplines; I haven’t seen recent numbers.

It will be difficult for you to get accepted because it’s difficult for everyone (less than 9 percent acceptance rate), and even more difficult for international students, especially those who are applying for financial aid.
