<p>I actually thought the article tried to give a balanced picture of what's going on, but the tenor still bugged me a bit. </p>

<p>I didn't understand the comment from one of the victims' advocates about "protecting rank structure" at the expense of the victims. Seems to me like there has been some pretty aggressive prosecution of the perpetrators.</p>
