I transferred to my current school last year and had a not so great Fall semester in which my semester grades were terrible and dragged my cumulative GPA down. Because my GPA was very high my freshmen year, even with this past semesters grades calculated I still am competitive (GPA wise) for the school that I'm transferring to(back home, less partying). Apparently when transferring schools, students GPA's reset at zero. So my GPA for my current school has me placed on academic deficiency by a miniscule of a point. Should I submit my transcripts now or wait until Spring grades are published for which I know will be much better unless some crazy crap happens. Thanks.

It all depends on how the original/future school computes the GPA for transfer purposes. You should ask them. The fact that you started there and did very well is probably a plus. I suspect they will give that significant weight.
