Academic Suspension Letter HELP

To Whom It May Concern,
On Friday December 23rd I received a letter of academic suspension from Northland Community and Technical College. I am aware that my grades were low these last two semesters. This is entirely my fault and I take full responsibility. I am writing this appeal letter to explain the cause and to ask you to please reconsider reinstating me for Spring Semester 2017.
My poor grades were not due to me partying and drinking. Instead my grades suffered Summer 2016 and Fall 2016 due to me having depression and anxiety. I was diagnosed September 23, 2016. At this time I believed I could handle this on my own and didn’t tell anyone or continue with the treatment plan I had set up. I have also been struggling financially. I thought I had the financial problem fixed during this semester but I soon realized I was wrong.
My plans to fix the problems that I have stated above are the following:
• Meet with a counselor at the school or at a facility in Grand Forks once a week to talk through my problems and get the extra support I need.
• I also plan to go to class every day unless I am ill, or have a reason to miss class that I have worked out with my professor in advance.
• I will also be starting a higher paying job starting January 5, 2016. I will only be working 3-4 days a week so I can focus on my studies more.
• I have also planned in advance to take out $4000 in student loans for Spring 2017 semester to pay my rent and bills.
Nothing is more important to me than to graduate and I will do absolutely everything to make my school work a priority. I would also like to thank you for taking your time to read this letter.

(how does this sound??)
