I posted earlier a thread, that somewhat touched on this but I wanted to clarify. I have credits from a few online classes I took at UMUC. Will UC allow me to disavow my credits so that I can apply as a Freshman? I noticed during my application that I had the option of submitting my Joint Service Transcript or not, if I choose not to- then how can UC know that I took college classes after high school? basically I am getting Pidgeon holed to applying as a sophomore level transfer which cuts off a lot of opportunities for me, is it seriously not possible to simply apply as a Freshman? is this considered fraud by not claiming credits/college courses taken? I have already been made aware of alternative courses of action such as applying as a junior level transfer after one year of a CC, but I want to explore the feasibility of this method as well- disavowing my credits in order to apply as Freshman at the UC I want? Thanks again for your help guys, you have been tremendous!
Under no circumstances will they not take into consideration units completed after high school. Any courses attempted/completed after high school(With the exception of summer sessions) will classify you as a transfer applicant and not a freshman applicant.
As for simply not telling the UC system about those courses, that isn’t really feasible; there’s a giant national online database that the UCs use to verify that you’ve attended the schools you claim to have attended—and to see if you’ve left any out on purpose, as pretty much all colleges in the U.S.A. submit their student records to this database. If you lie and they found out(Which they almost certainly will), they’ll just reject you straight out of hand without looking at your application any further, and they may refuse to look at your application again in the future. Not worth the risk.

This is a list of every school in the United States that works with this database, if you’re curious. More than likely, your school(s) is on that list.
@Cayton Thank you! very sobering but very helpful! Hit every concern I had pretty swiftly.
Yep, EVERY SINGLE COLLEGE CLASS, regardless of if it’s transferable, if it’s needed for your major, if you finished the class, if you failed the class, etc.
Any discrepancy if they check (and they can check), or if your application in any way doesn’t match your transcripts, you could find your admission rescinded.
