<p>Arizona State sounds like a perfect fit. If you can get admitted to the honors college there, even better.</p>

<p>Since you grew up so close to Tulane I am guessing it is off the list. There are many good choices that have been suggested, most schools have a strong party scene. Especially medium size to large research universities. I am curious what made you choose W in the first place if you knew this about yourself.</p>
